Profiterole Tower and Croquembouche
Profiterole
Do not join rounds.
Form an adjustable ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, make 6 sc in ring - 6 sc.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around - 12 sc.
Rnd 3: 2 sc in each st around - 24 sc.
Rnds 4-7: Sc around - 24 sc.
Rnd 8: Inv dec 12 times - 12 sc.
Rnd 9: Inv dec 6 times - 6 sc. Fasten off leaving a 2" tail. Stuff firmly. Weave tail through ft lps of remaining 6 sts and cinch tight to close.
Chocolate Dripping
Make your own chocolate dripping by creating a circle and doing long picots off the last round! Here is one example:

With a smaller weight yarn, form an adjustable ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, make 7 sc in ring - 7 sc.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around - 14 sc.
Rnd 3: 2 sc in each st around - 28 sc.
Rnd 4: Sc around - 28 sc. Do not fasten off. Work in the bk rdg of each ch here and throughout. Ch 35, sc in second ch from hook and in next 27 chs, ch 43, sc in second ch from hook and in next 41 chs, sc in rem 6 chs. Sc in next 8 sts of rnd 4. Ch 46, sc in second ch from hook and in next 38 chs, ch 34, sc in second ch from hook and in next 32 chs, sc in rem 6 chs. Sc in next 7 sts of rnd 4. Ch 38, sc in second ch from hook and in next 35 chs, ch 40, sc in second ch from hook and in next 38 chs, sc in rem ch. Sc in next 7 sts of rnd 4. Ch 40, sc in second ch from hook and in next 38 chs, sc in next 5 sts of rnd 4, sl st for a smooth finish before fastening off.
Stack profiteroles to make a tower. Next, glue chocolate dripping over tower. To make a croquembouche, use a floral cone for structure. Glue profiteroles around cone. Be careful not to glue them to the cone itself! Tip: cover cone with plastic for protection. Remove cone once profiteroles have reached to the top. Decorate with flowers!
